Cancellation on any order on Al YASMINE Publishers website will be accepted within 24 hours of the time the order is made and a full refund will be made.

All claims of defects or short shipments must be made in writing to Al  Publishers within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Kindly ensure that all claims are supported with photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the damaged goods. Al YASMINE Publishers will replace damaged or missing goods at no extra charge.
